We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. If PageLens doesn't meet your expectations, simply contact us and we'll process your refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
This is your first subscription with PageLens
You haven't previously received a refund for PageLens

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
Your credits will remain available until your subscription expires

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
After 7 days, you may cancel but no refund will be issued
Service continues until the end of the annual period

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

You've violated our Terms of Service
You've received a refund from us before
More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
